Owner-Head Tumbling Instructor
Kathy Penders
Kathy was a gymnast in grade school through college. She started teaching gymnastics in college to pay for classes and never quit; that makes too many years to count. Her degree is in business and fashion design. Kathy taught competition gymnastics for several years and then fell in love with acro dance. She is the head tumbling instructor, helps choreograph the competition team routines, and designs and makes all the costumes.

Jessica Sorensen
Jess was a competitive gymnast from 1st through 8th grade and competed up to level 8. In 7th grade she started dancing and quickly fell in love with acro dance. Through middle and high shcool she did competitive dance teams including acro, lyrical, ballet, and jazz. She was a part of many national award-winning teams as well as 1st place national winner with her acro duet and acro solo. She went on to college to graduate with her doctorate in physical therapy. Jess is our head competition team instructor and lead choreographer.
Tumbling & Dance Instructor
Lissa Evans
Lissa graduated from CCM with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and she danced professionally with the Lexington Ballet Co. Lissa has been a Fit 4 Kidz instructor since 2016. She teaches Mommy Daddy and Me, Tiny Tots, Flip Floppers, and Ballet/Tumbling Combo.

Shannon Connor
Shannon has been a Fit 4 Kidz instructor since 2012! She teaches Level 1, Level 2, and Teen Tumbling.

CJ Cole teaches Tumbling.

Jessica Coffman
Jess started tumbling at the age of 4 and was a member of Fit 4 Kidz competitive acro dance teams. She has been an instructor since 2013 and she teaches Level 3 and Level 4/5/6 and assists with competition teams.
Tumbling & Cheer Instructor
Sarah Coffman
Sarah started tumbling at the age of 3 and was a member of Fit 4 Kidz competitive acro and dance teams. She cheered at Milford for 6 years and was a Division 1 cheerleader at NKU for 5 years. Sarah is our Head Cheer Instructor and also teaches Level 4/5/6.
