Competition teams are a great way to improve your individual acro and dance skills while learning how to work together as a team. Performing on stage helps kids to become more confident in themselves and gives them a sense of pride and accomplishment. Being a part of a team helps you to make new friends who quickly become like family!

At Fit 4 Kidz we specialize in acro dance while branching out to other styles of dance including lyrical, jazz, and musical theater.  We offer team placements for ages 3 to 18.
